This service is not over-the-counter and not standardized. Every dose is custom-calibrated based on bloodwork, medical history, and symptoms, just like in-clinic TRT at SynergenX.

How Does Self-Inject TRT Work?

• You will begin with a full in-clinic evaluation, including a hormone panel, InBody scan, and medical consultation
• If you qualify for treatment and choose the self-inject TRT plan, your provider will develop a personalized treatment plan
• A month’s worth of pre-filled syringes customized to your hormone levels will be shipped directly to your home in 4-7 business days, following medical guidelines and state regulations
• You’ll attend regular follow-ups through telehealth and return to the clinic periodically for updated labs

Ongoing Provider Oversight

As part of the self-inject TRT plan, your provider will monitor hormone levels, review symptoms, and make any needed adjustments throughout your treatment. You will report to your nearest SynergenX clinic for lab work approximately every three months to ensure that your dosing remains both safe and effective as your body responds to treatment.

2. Wait for Your Next Re-test
   You’ll become eligible to switch after your next lab visit.
3. Schedule Your Telehealth Visit
   Once your results are in, you’ll meet with your provider online to discuss your labwork and finalize your prescription. Your medication will be delivered within 4–7 business days.
