Good clinic - nice staff - been going here about 18 months. But writing this review today to call out a specific Med Asst - Yazmin. She has been my MA on many occasions over my tenure at the clinic, and she as been unwaveringly pleasant in demeanor and professional efficiency. The quality and performance of your staff is really what makes or breaks your patient experience - in Yazmin you have a strong team member and brand ambassador. Thank you!

They are very organized, kind, and quick in seeing you as a patient. I drive over an hour to use this location because their customer service is the best and I know they keep me current on all my tests.

Team is extremely helpful and professional.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. These nurses, and the provider are far more knowledgeable and experienced than any trt clinic you will ever go to. As a person with 10 years of experience in bodybuilding, you can not and will not get better taken care of than this right here. Put your trust in them.Godbless the exceptional workers at this clinic. They are the best. I pray God and any religion to each their owns preference, blesses them. I am beyond beyond thankful for them.

And then feel at home as I speak to Raul , as he is asking about any concerns.And taken care of by Cecewho also makes you feel comfortable and makes my injection process painless and smooth. I have been going to this clinic for a few years and have always had great service. They are quick to get the patient seen and their customer/patient side service is outstanding.

I’m so blessed to be a patient at the Alamo Ranch Synergenx Clinic !! The front desk team of Sophia, Lorena, and Stephanie are all three incredibly friendly, super engaging, they alway put me in an amazingly uplifting mood during my visit. Sophia is astutely knowledgeable on check out accounting, matched with a super bubbly personality. Both Lorena and Stefanie are both detailed oriented technical professionals providing first class care in men’s health treatment. It is more convenient for me to be see at a different Synergenx clinic, but I drive the extra distance just to be taken care of by these extraordinary ladies !! They are truly amazing !!!

During my routine visit to the Alamo Ranch office, I had the pleasure of receiving my weekly testosterone injection from Ms. Gloria. I was pleasantly surprised when she informed me that the procedure was complete, as I had not felt any discomfort or pain. Been going to this clinic since 2021, and Cam has been a wonderful provider helping me lose the weight I gained in nursing school and the pandemic and also maintain my results. The staff is nice and helpful. The clinic always stays clean and inviting. I recommend this location to anyone looking to lose weight.

Been in the program for a very long time with these folks (started when they were Low T). I’m 52 years old and I’m here to tell you it works provided you listen to these folks and do your part. The staff is outstanding and the company is on point. Never gonna find a better place that will actually help you achieve your goals and cares about you as well!! Thank you guys 😀

I have been coming here for a couple years now and I’ve tried a few other locations around San Antonio and NONE of them come close to the Alamo Ranch location. I’d drive across town just to visit this location. GLORIA is AMAZING! She is so friendly and runs the show! They are ALWAYS efficient and fast but never feels like they are rushing you. Kudos to GLORIA and the rest of the team. You all run a tight ship and your customer service is amazing! Simply said, THANK YOU!

Today i witnessed a situation with an employee (Gracie) and a customer in which the customer was very rude to Gracie multiple times. The way she responded to the customer was one of the most professional and calm ways that I’ve seen in a work environment. SynergenX Is very lucky to have Gracie as an employee.

This is a shoutout to the staff at Woodlands. Great JOB!I've been going there for several months for low T. My T levels are very good now. My energy level and libido are perfect.I like going to them over a urologist's office because they test you every 6 weeks. You get seen once a week and you are given to opportunity to ask questions.I've told several people at the center that because of their efforts, I am doing outstanding.Special thanks to the following ladies at the center. The providers and all staff at this location are beyond amazing. Never feels rushed, or like a number to get in and out. Everyone at this location shows they have vested interest in each patient. From talking about family’s, vacations, or just life… they always take the time to have a meaningful conversation during the visit.The staff is always upbeat and happy. That’s a culture that’s been created. When you walk in you can feel that everyone enjoys the job or position they hold. Highly recommended!

I use the Webster Synergenx weekly and while all of the employees are excellent and efficient Veronica stands out due to her expertise in giving me the injection. It is painless because she takes time injecting the medicine which is much more comfortable than when the plunger is pushed down too fast. Thank you Veronica.

Talk about a life changing experience for both my husband and myself. When we 1st came here, I was suffering from being overweight and simply tired all the time… at 59, I thought I would never lose the weight or have energy again… my husband Kenney 1st came in being overweight and pre-diabetic and low energy too…A year and half later, we both feel and look healthy and younger! I have lost 56 lbs and have energy and overall feel happier and my husband has lost 45lbs and is no longer pre-diabetic!!We are so grateful to this amazing team of caring and loving professionals!! We feel like they are our family ❤️❤️Christian Lewis is exceptional at what she does and treats her staff and her clientele with dignity,kindness and compassion. She sees us as family and we absolutely love her and everyone who works there.
