Today i witnessed a situation with an employee (Gracie) and a customer in which the customer was very rude to Gracie multiple times. The way she responded to the customer was one of the most professional and calm ways that I’ve seen in a work environment. SynergenX Is very lucky to have Gracie as an employee.

This is a shoutout to the staff at Woodlands. Great JOB!I've been going there for several months for low T. My T levels are very good now. My energy level and libido are perfect.I like going to them over a urologist's office because they test you every 6 weeks. You get seen once a week and you are given to opportunity to ask questions.I've told several people at the center that because of their efforts, I am doing outstanding.Special thanks to the following ladies at the center. If I missed someone, let me know and I'll add your name. Everyone has been supportive and great.Two of the ladies that greet me and schedule me.1. Sarah2. Love the peeps at Synergenix, The Woodlands. From Mars at the front desk to Tia, the Director of the clinic, everyone is first class and friendly. The nursing staff is very professional and i feel good every time I visit. Highly recommend!!

front desk receptionist mars was extremely helpful!she answered any questions i had regarding my paperwork and was so welcoming when i had entered the office! the N.P chanelle was very informative when discussing the medication i would be taking and answered every question i had with a wonderful attitude. overall very informative and kind staff!

Right from the moment I walked in, the staff at the front desk was friendly and efficient. They made me feel welcome and ensured that the check-in process was smooth.I also had the pleasure of meeting NPC Michael Saey, who was not only knowledgeable but also extremely professional. He took the time to understand my concerns and provided me with the necessary information and guidance. I was impressed by his expertise and genuine care for my well-being.What set this office apart was their commitment to thoroughness. They conducted various tests to ensure that everything was done right and even scheduled an MRI to validate the decision. This level of attention to detail and commitment to patient safety was truly commendable.Overall, I highly recommend this testosterone replacement office. The entire team, from the front desk to NPC Michael Saey, demonstrated exceptional professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine concern for their patients' well-being.

The staff at NE is very professional, polite, friendly and outgoing! The clinic is very clean and very well maintained!

The providers and all staff at this location are beyond amazing. Never feels rushed, or like a number to get in and out. Everyone at this location shows they have vested interest in each patient. From talking about family’s, vacations, or just life… they always take the time to have a meaningful conversation during the visit.The staff is always upbeat and happy. That’s a culture that’s been created. When you walk in you can feel that everyone enjoys the job or position they hold. Highly recommended!

I use the Webster Synergenx weekly and while all of the employees are excellent and efficient Veronica stands out due to her expertise in giving me the injection. It is painless because she takes time injecting the medicine which is much more comfortable than when the plunger is pushed down too fast. Thank you Veronica.

Talk about a life changing experience for both my husband and myself. When we 1st came here, I was suffering from being overweight and simply tired all the time… at 59, I thought I would never lose the weight or have energy again… my husband Kenney 1st came in being overweight and pre-diabetic and low energy too…A year and half later, we both feel and look healthy and younger! I have lost 56 lbs and have energy and overall feel happier and my husband has lost 45lbs and is no longer pre-diabetic!!We are so grateful to this amazing team of caring and loving professionals!! We feel like they are our family ❤️❤️Christian Lewis is exceptional at what she does and treats her staff and her clientele with dignity,kindness and compassion. She sees us as family and we absolutely love her and everyone who works there. My hubby is a patient who loves them… so much he recommended I try them when I kept complaining that my weight was going up as my age followed.Lavinia and her staff are fantastic. They make time to welcome new patients and answer all questions. I highly recommend the Hoffman estates location! I am glad to have her on my team of doctors.

I usually go to the Alamo ranch location but was in new braunfels area so I decided to try them out and let’s just say the women at the front desk were very nice and welcoming and then Samantha is the one that did my shot she was very caring and nice with a good attitude and smile I will return to this one again thank you guys very much for making the experience a good one

Yesterday I had my first appointment and I was impressed.The staff is genuinely friendly and professional. They answer all of my questions with patience and kindness.The facility is really nice and very clean.I got a chuckle at the munchies in the lobby -pretty unhealthy for a place that offers weight loss service lol!!

Great experience, I have been coming here for a few months. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable. It's a positive experience every week. Throughout the transition of merging with LowT, the entire staff has been very forthcoming with what to expect and very apologetic about the process. If you show up on your scheduled day and before they close, they will take good care of you. Just dont show up at closing time.

After reading the reviews, I felt compelled to started my treatment at this clinic in September of 23". Sure enough, the reviews are accurate according the services this location serve their patients. The atmoshpere is warm and welcoming. Before coming to this place, my testosterone level as quite low and since Sep 23", I noticed a great difference in my energy and libido. The staff here possess great professionalism, respect, and always smiling. They're very patient in answering whatever questions you may have. All questions are important and are answered to the best of their ablilites. Unfortunately, I'm in a transition of changing to a doctor that accepts TRT and hate to leave this clinic which do have affordable prices. If I had to come back, I would.
