I can’t say enough how much of a pleasurable experience this business provides. As soon as I roll through the door Mars and Sarah greet me with a smile. Tia and the other staff always listen to my needs and address them accordingly. I have been stuck with many needles in my time at medical facilities. Mia has been the best I have ever had, she does it in manner that I don’t even realize I’m getting a shot! I recommend both the business and staff all day long!

Amazing customer service especially Amy and Madi at the front desk. These girls deserve a raise dealing with the rush and large crowd that appear in front of them at once. They get you right in and out with a smile !

Good clinic - nice staff - been going here about 18 months. But writing this review today to call out a specific Med Asst - Yazmin. She has been my MA on many occasions over my tenure at the clinic, and she as been unwaveringly pleasant in demeanor and professional efficiency. The quality and performance of your staff is really what makes or breaks your patient experience - in Yazmin you have a strong team member and brand ambassador. Thank you!

They are very organized, kind, and quick in seeing you as a patient. I drive over an hour to use this location because their customer service is the best and I know they keep me current on all my tests.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. These nurses, and the provider are far more knowledgeable and experienced than any trt clinic you will ever go to. As a person with 10 years of experience in bodybuilding, you can not and will not get better taken care of than this right here. Put your trust in them.Godbless the exceptional workers at this clinic. They are the best. I pray God and any religion to each their owns preference, blesses them. I am beyond beyond thankful for them.

I’m so blessed to be a patient at the Alamo Ranch Synergenx Clinic !! The front desk team of Sophia, Lorena, and Stephanie are all three incredibly friendly, super engaging, they alway put me in an amazingly uplifting mood during my visit. Sophia is astutely knowledgeable on check out accounting, matched with a super bubbly personality. Both Lorena and Stefanie are both detailed oriented technical professionals providing first class care in men’s health treatment. It is more convenient for me to be see at a different Synergenx clinic, but I drive the extra distance just to be taken care of by these extraordinary ladies !! They are truly amazing !!!

I was pleasantly surprised when she informed me that the procedure was complete, as I had not felt any discomfort or pain. Been going to this clinic since 2021, and Cam has been a wonderful provider helping me lose the weight I gained in nursing school and the pandemic and also maintain my results. Been in the program for a very long time with these folks (started when they were Low T). I’m 52 years old and I’m here to tell you it works provided you listen to these folks and do your part. I have been coming here for a couple years now and I’ve tried a few other locations around San Antonio and NONE of them come close to the Alamo Ranch location. I’d drive across town just to visit this location. GLORIA is AMAZING! She is so friendly and runs the show! They are ALWAYS efficient and fast but never feels like they are rushing you. Kudos to GLORIA and the rest of the team. You all run a tight ship and your customer service is amazing! Simply said, THANK YOU!

Today i witnessed a situation with an employee (Gracie) and a customer in which the customer was very rude to Gracie multiple times. The way she responded to the customer was one of the most professional and calm ways that I’ve seen in a work environment. SynergenX Is very lucky to have Gracie as an employee.
