The judges recognized Wayne’s data-driven leadership and patient-first philosophy, praising his ability to strategically expand healthcare services across multiple sites. One judge noted, “Scaling healthcare startups across multiple sites must be extremely challenging. Wayne’s use of data analytics to drive business growth and deliver personalized care stands out as a true success story.”

Wayne’s leadership has also helped expand public awareness of hormone health through major initiatives—most notably, the Super Bowl LIX campaign featuring NFL alumni. Judges cited these partnerships as a strong example of SynergenX’s growing influence and commitment to making wellness more accessible.
