- Common colds & flu-like symptoms
- Cough, chills, fever, headaches
- Urinary tract infections (UTI)

- New prescriptions or prescription refills with 24-hour pharmacy
- Limited chronic care (excludes insulin-dependent diabetes)

If you’re an existing patient, the doctor will review your medical records, discuss your needs and concerns and determine next steps, such as testing, prescription medicines or other treatment. If you’re a new patient, the doctor will get to know you, find out your needs, make notes and discuss what’s needed next.
