I’ve been going here for a year and I highly recommend SynergenX for your TRT. Kylie at the front desk, keeps everything running smoothly and makes sure everyone is checked in and out as quickly as possible, and always with a smile on her face.. She’s a gem. Tolani keeps everything on track with my treatment program and always has great advice for improving the performance of my TRT.. you can tell she genuinely cares about the effectiveness of your treatment plan and really wants the best for all of her patients. In fact, everyone at this location is amazing and a pleasure to work with. I can’t recommend Synergenx of the Woodlands any stronger than I already do.

I was going to write a terrible review because there used to be 2 girls at the front desk that were just so rude, I was so close to just quit coming to this office and wanted to find another much nicer clinic. Thank God for Kylie. She is fairly new I believe, but she made this place truly welcoming. She is such a sweetie, with great customer service. I hope she stays here forever.

The providers and all staff at this location are great. service is always prompt and get in and out with no problems. Everyone is so friendly from the front counter to the MA’s big shoutout to Chris for always having a light hand when taking blood or giving shots. Don’t think I have had a bad experience in this office and would definitely recommended.

Had a wonderful experience at my first appointment for WHRT. The blood draw for labs went beautifully (I'm well aware I'm a hard stick). Everyone I was seen by that day was professional, friendly and vastly knowledgeable. I inquired about some energy and metabolism boosting injectable supplements and was recommended the NAD + for my particular needs. It was a quick and painless hip injection. I felt great immediately afterwards! Infinitely better than coffee and boosted my mood too. Super excited to start my WHRT journey with the pros at SynergenX!

Nurse Adriann at the galeria clinic definitely made my day better when she told me about self injections.

Their customer service is top-notch; everyone goes out of their way to ensure you feel cared for, even when patience runs thin and those hormone imbalances hit hard (especially when I’m hangry; what else is new?). The process is smooth, efficient, and tailored to everyone’s needs, which is a game changer for someone like me who’s constantly in a hurry. I really enjoy coming here, my injections are going great and there is a wonderful young lady, who at first I thought was just in a chipper mood due to my first time being there however it’s been months and she still has a great attitude, always has a smile and makes sure you are greeted.

I've been going here for over a year and look forward to my weekly stop in. The staff are a lot of fun and super friendly. You know they care when you're greeted by your first name as you walk in the door. Only thing that would make it better is if they served beers, had a pool table in the back.

First Appointment went well hopefully follow ups and meds go smoothly and office visit fees…copay went through fine so I am happy. If you are joining to get access to weightloss meds than you should ask about your testosterone levels men and women because I have been on GLP 1 and lost alot and also nothing without Testosterone HRT. Be aware that those medications are severely limited even if you pay full price cash for them due to back orders. Give them an opportunity to do a full assessment dont be discouraged if you dont get weightloss drugs it’s honestly the testosterone you want to assess for and vitamin deficiency its all essential to your overall wellness and weightloss goals.

Synergenx in Spring TX off of Grand Parkway has amazing people who work there, Elizabeth has been so patient with the problems they’ve had with empower. Caitlin and Lindsay are absolutely amazing. These folks truly care and want to help people!

All the staff members are very friendly. Unfortunately, they only prescribe testosterone and I’m looking for clomid. I was surprised how busy the waiting room was but they get you in and out quick.

Everybody at Synergenix Galleria are great. Most helpful and knowledgeable. Today, had Nurse Jasmine and when it was shot time I kept waiting for the 2 shots, same shoulder. While we were talking, I'm still waiting and waiting...she says all done. Felt NOTHING! Thank you Jasmine, great experience

I highly recommend SynergenX for all your weight loss and hormonal replacement needs! All the staff were very lovely and the process was very straightforward. Facility was efficient and clean and communication was very easy. I want to spotlight the NP there, Monet Saxton who is a real gem in healthcare and is very knowledgeable and personable. She explained the process, rationale, and made the whole experience very positive!
