Nina Totanes

Nina Totanes is a board-certified adult gerontology acute care nurse practitioner (AGACNP). Originally from southern California, she was brought here through the military and quickly fell in love with the people and warm beaches. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degree through the University of Texas in Arlington. After becoming a certified AGACNP she worked for a cardiology group within San Antonio. After working with the cardiology group for many years, she realized that she preferred a preventative and holistic route to medicine. She joined SynergenX February 2022 as a float provider, but realized that this was a great environment for practicing what she loved and is now a permanent provider with SynergenX.
