Every week, participants will have the chance to win exciting prizes like signed sports memorabilia, authentic jerseys, and game tickets. The best part? Enter once, and you’re in the running for the entire campaign.

How to Enter

New Patients

• Schedule and complete a free, 15-minute consultation for TRT or HRT at SynergenX during the campaign.
• Book your consultation on our landing page.

Existing Patients

• Opt in by following SynergenX/Low T Center/HerKare on Instagram or Facebook.
• Share the official TRT MVP Giveaway post to your Stories or Feed.
• Tag or mention SynergenX/Low T Center/HerKare in your post.

Pro tip: The earlier you enter, the more chances you’ll have to win! One entry keeps you eligible for all weekly and monthly drawings through December 30.

What You Could Win

Over the course of the campaign, we’ll award up to 180 prizes:

• Weekly Prizes: Smaller signed memorabilia
• Monthly Spotlight Prizes: Larger signed memorabilia
• Grand Prizes: Sports tickets (college, semi-pro, or pro-league, at the sponsor’s discretion)

Winner Selection and Notifications

• Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
• Weekly and monthly drawings will occur throughout the campaign.
• Winners will be notified via email or text, and must respond within 7 business days to claim their prize.
• Winners may be asked to sign a permission form before being featured on SynergenX social media or promotional materials.
