Offer is limited to new female patients only and includes one (1) complimentary in-office total testosterone test. This test is intended as an initial screening to determine eligibility for treatment and does not constitute a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation.

Additional laboratory testing is required before initiating any treatment. The comprehensive hormone panel, valued at $299, is not included in this offer and must be purchased separately if the patient elects to proceed. Completion of the full panel is required for treatment consideration.
