Fernando Sosa, MSN, AGNP-C, is board-certified Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing since 2019. He specializes in Men’s Health and Hormone Replacement Therapy. Fernando is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Fernando received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Midwestern State University in 1994. He brings a strong background in ICU, Neurology and Cardiac Nursing to Low T. He enjoys fostering patient relationships built on individualized treatment plans to empower patients toward optimal health outcomes. Fernando is committed to lifelong learning, staying current with the latest advancements in HRT and Wellness. Beyond the field of medicine, he enjoys weigh training, hockey games and spending time with family.
