Caitlyn and the team always do an outstanding job!

Coleen a new rotational NP gave the best breakdown of the catabolic process of the hormones which ultimately related to how much bioavailability of the injection would be left at 5-6 day range. Her explanation was simple while informative and gave a great breakdown and visual of how the body will react. Overall it was great information and great customer/ patient relations

The staff is always pleasant and the appointment is fast. It's an easy in and out without having to wait to see an NP.

Kassidy Alverado is the best one in the place! Very professional, extremely polite, just a gem of a person. I’ve managed hundreds of people in my 50 years of professional life and she is outstanding. The whole office is very good. I recommend this place!Very convenient.

I started coming here a few years ago and never experienced anything less than courteous, professional, and kind treatment. Went to another location to try a different version of HRT, but I'm so glad I came back after a few months. Christian is my NP at Cypress, and she's amazing. Ashley-Rose, my TeleMed NP- I have had nothing but the best experience ☺️. Again, the SynergenX Cypress team ROCKS!!!

Webster location has always had very friendly staff lead by Dr. Kam and not a high turnover so you are comfortable. They are quick at getting you seen as well as explaining everything thoroughly.

I’ve been to many Synergenx locations. From Houston to San Antonio this location is one of my favorites. Clean and plenty of seating in waiting room on those few times you are asked to wait. Location is on the ball and organized!!
