This place is awesome. There are so many options for weight loss. The staff is phenomenal, everybody is so kind and courteous. The 2 providers are amazing, they both are so knowledgeable and patient with the staff and patients.

Switched here from low T Center and am overall happy. Big improvements from where I came from. The Dr. at the clinic is great. Would recommend.

This clinic is absolutely amazing! Unlike other places that give TRT a bad wrap. This team truly cares about your overall health and well-being—not just the benefits of testosterone. Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff.

First Appointment went well hopefully follow ups and meds go smoothly and office visit fees…copay went through fine so I am happy. If you are joining to get access to weightloss meds than you should ask about your testosterone levels men and women because I have been on GLP 1 and lost alot and also nothing without Testosterone HRT. Be aware that those medications are severely limited even if you pay full price cash for them due to back orders. Give them an opportunity to do a full assessment dont be discouraged if you dont get weightloss drugs it’s honestly the testosterone you want to assess for and vitamin deficiency its all essential to your overall wellness and weightloss goals.

All the staff members are very friendly. Unfortunately, they only prescribe testosterone and I’m looking for clomid. I was surprised how busy the waiting room was but they get you in and out quick.

Extremely great staff who are very friendly to everyone who walks in. Sophia is great! She usually has everything ready for you as you walk in which helps make everything flow smoothly and provides a wonderful customer experience.

Sophia is excellent! She is very professional and knowledgeable and always greets everyone with kindness and a great smile. Sophia is the heart of SynergenX Alamo Ranch and keeps the office running like a well oiled machine. Sophia alone is worth making that initial appointment.

Great customer service, very friendly. I can just walk in and Sophia will grab my paperwork while I'm still checking in on the tablet and put me in line. Typically I go in on Saturdays, some days can be pretty busy and others pretty quiet. It's usually pretty quick either way

Fast, Friendly, professional staff. Providers that went above and beyond to answer my questions and adress and find solutions to my concerns. Wait times have been drastically decreasing in the few months I have been receiving treatment in this facility.

The staff at this location are great. Calling out one in particular, Gloria, for her kindness, patience and excellent injection skills. She always makes time to talk to us no matter how busy they are and she is always super friendly.

The best place for your Performance and Weight loss needs. TRT, Deca, Terzepitide, etc. If you are military/LEO/first responder, ask for Nurse Gloria. She’s one of us and will take care of you.

Sophie is amazing! Always prompt, smiling, and she always has an outgoing attitude! SynergenX is amazing! Always making sure that my needs are met and I get what I need to feel great! 😊 I can only speak for the men on this, but if you are feeling low energy or just not yourself or cannot work out in the gym like you use to, then you need to come to this place and find out what is going on!!

Lavinia and the staff are amazing! Every appointment runs smoothly and timely. Everyone takes the time to listen and answer my questions. SynergenX has made a huge improvement in my health and life! I was able to drop from 25% bod fat to 12.8% in five months. I wish I started coming here sooner! If there was one thing I’d tweak, it’s adding a patient portal.
