Thank you for booking your appointment at SynergenX! We want to make sure you have the best possible experience at our clinic. That’s why we’re letting you know what to bring, whether to fast, and what to expect at your appointment.

For TRT Appointments:

Please bring all necessary insurance paperwork, and be sure to fast for 6-8 hours before your TRT appointment to achieve the most accurate results. Black coffee and water are acceptable. (No sugar or cream.)

Blue Cross Blue Shield Anthem patients should schedule their appointments before 10 am for insurance purposes.

For HRT Appointments:

Fasting before your appointment is not necessary unless you would like to be considered for high cholesterol treatment as well.

If you have your most recent PAP smear results or other relevant medical information you would like to be considered during your appointment, please bring these documents with you, or have them available for review on your phone. However, these documents are not necessary for treatment at SynergenX.

For Peptide Appointments:

With all peptide consultations, you will meet with a provider to discuss your goals, symptoms, and lifestyle.

No fasting is required.

Be sure to mention if you have a medical condition that may be affected by peptides, such as kidney or liver disease, heart disease, or other conditions. Your provider will be able to advise you.

For Weight Loss Appointments:

SynergenX offers 2 types of weight loss appointments: a Free Weight Loss Consultation and a Full Weight Loss Evaluation.

Be sure to let your provider know which appointment you are there for.

Free Weight Loss Consultation

A great fit for patients seeking medical guidance before starting prescription weight loss.

Full Weight Loss Evaluation ($100)

Perfect for patients who are serious about seeking medical weight loss.

Includes:

• A detailed consultation with a provider to review your symptoms, goals, and medical history in detail.
• An Autonomic Nervous System test to measure circulation, blood flow, and stress response.
• An InBody body composition scan to establish a weight and body composition baseline.
• The option of a free B12 shot or a discount on your first prescription medication.

No fasting is required for our weight-loss appointments.
