Chanelle Molden

Chanelle Molden, FNP-C is the Assistant Clinic Director at our Synergenx Health Clinic in The Woodlands, Texas. With a BA in Psychology from Michigan Ann Arbor, and another BS in Nursing from Texas Women’s University, Chanelle wrapped her collegiate education with a Master of Science in Nursing at The University of Texas – Arlington. She holds a certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of Master Injectors. Chanelle grew up in Round Rock, Texas, and has worked closely with patients in pediatric medicine (including pulmonary, endocrine, adolescent medicine, rheumatology, allergy, and immunology), HRT, and weight loss for 2+ years.
