Yes, you can use your insurance. You can use your insurance co-pay or pay toward your insurance deductible. If you choose self-pay, you will only pay $99 instead of $299. Patients may also choose to move from insurance to self-pay, or from self-pay to insurance once per calendar year to find the best fit for each patient.
Weight loss prescriptions are available through our $100 Full Weight Loss Evaluation. This appointment includes a detailed consultation with your provider, an Autonomic Nervous System test to measure circulation and stress, and an InBody body composition scan before prescriptions to make sure you’re getting the safest, most effective treatment for your unique body. Once prescribed, you can choose either a complimentary B-12 shot, or a discount on your first weight loss prescription.
